It is like my own personal gallery. I am making all kinds of notes while i go through----- and making a ton of plans for the rest of the year in the Garden. I have some really cool things planned. :)

tomorrow american crafts is scheduled to arrive. restock. brads. albums. fun. :)

I am a Virgo

Erica Hernandez made these for me and sent them back in the beginning of May. They were buried in the GGSub email box, and I didn't see them at first. I happened to be going through it last week and stumbled upon her email. i think i should make the one into a business card, and just hand it out randomly. think I am weird? here, look. i am a virgo okay. just read this and you will understand.
cool huh?

where am i?

the last few weeks have been a whirlwind. working on so many things at all the same time. and needing to get it all done rather quickly and effectively. its all so cool and neat and wonderful and fun and consuming at the same time. I can't wait to show everyone the cool things we are working on. bits and pieces. a little at a time will we get things done and launched. its going to be cool.
time has just flown by. life is just passing me by. i was just saying yesterday, that i can hardly think---its like my head has walked off and my body is still standing here. ha. sad. When i go home at the end of the day, or a super busy week, i just sit there. and do nothing. its like i am recovering from too much thinking. i am numb and without thought. and then monday morning hits, and i am off running again, and my brain is running 10speeds at a time.

we are working on a some new site design stuff. and i am so pleased and happy to be doing so. i have needed and wanted to update things for so long. its fun. and i love it. and i love the features. i love the ideas that we have for future designs and growth and change. i LOVE that jeffrey is programming again. its awesome to see him so happy doing what he loves best. we have a healthy list of things to program and accomplish this year, so i am going to be keeping him really busy. right now we are still trying to get everything adjusted and sailing along smoothly.

products are going to start pouring into the warehouse. last week we got an order in of Ki Memories Pieces of Me products. Whatever we received is what is still available. whatever we didn't get, we can no longer get and is no longer going to be printed. so get what we have while you can. we may never be able to get it back in again. It fits so perfecting with the freestyle, doodling movement that is going on in the industry right now. and it happens to be my favorite paper line ever. :)

we have a lot of stuff on order..... a lot. and then i can't wait for cha summer. and more stuff to bring in. Make sure you check in often, to see what we have coming in!

did you see the cool stuff that the garden girls did for National Scrapbooking Day? Grace totally blew me away with her Concept album. it is wicked cool. they girl is amazing. you must check it out. its a more advanced project, and totally customizable. its fun and charming.
We also did a bunch of Make & Takes. these were so fun! we are going to be doing a lot more of this in the future. so watch for these.
Rhonna did some fantasic Digital classes. She had so much fun on the boards with these that day, with people trying out these fun projects. We have A LOT in store for the digital section at Two Peas in the next few months. watch for this!
We chose Inspiration as our theme for the special Garden for that day. the layouts and projects are just so awesome. this team is so cool. i just love them!

an event to remember

I can't even begin to explain to anyone how incredibly busy Jeff and I have been over the last 6-9 months. and how stressed; tired; eager; excited; concerned; and cautious.
Jeffrey and I knew that if we wanted to take Two Peas to the places where we dreamed, we would need help. we had several opportunities and avenues to check out. thinking about explaining the roads we have walked down right now just makes me want to lay my head upon the table. I just want to move on and do the things we have dreamed of. Each opportunity had something different to bring to the table and there was a lot to think about----and a lot of dreams to sift through to find out where we really wanted to go.
This week it was announced that Two Peas in a Bucket has been acquired by the Canadian company Kaboose.
We are excited about the opportunities that Kaboose brings to Two Peas. For the last year I have been talking about the concerns I had about the scrapbooking industry and wanting to find a way to reach new scrapbookers, and to expand what we know as scrapbooking to encompass all different kinds of memory recording.  Kaboose brings us so many resources for us to build on this dream.
For weeks and months we drew up the things that we really wanted to do with Two Peas, things that we have not had time to do, things we only dreamed of, programming we had been wanting to do, any thing we could imagine. and organize them. at this point, my business plan for the coming 12 months is loaded with all of these wonderful and amazing things that we have been wanting to do. and that is just the tip of the mountain. I love the youth and vibrancy of Kaboose. I love the family and mom mission. they are tenecious and have a lot of drive. I love having an e-commerce specialist working with me everyday.

We have been working on so many things for Two Peas. one of which, has been something Jeffrey and I have been wanting for some time... to redesign the home page and shopping section of the site. I am eager to have that done. It is something I have wished we had more time to work on.... site programming and design. we need some updating, some modernization. I am happy about moving forward with this. and looking at the list of the other programs we are going to be working on for the site. its going to be awesome.

With all of the work that we have been doing both Jeffrey and I are sick. It took very little for me to catch the strep throat that was going around the children's school. one mom and one sick child at home recooperating. With so much to do and so much going on, there is no keeping me down however. Too much work to do!!

Happy Birthday Jeffrey!

Today is Jeffrey's birthday. and even though we are beyond busy and it seems like we can't take the time to relax and have a nice day, I want to do everything I can to make it a special day for him. The kids want to take him to see a movie tonight (his favorite thing to do)--they want to see The Wild. following that, we are going to go to the kids' favorite family place: Cheeseburger in paradise. and then a cake of course. He told me that he would like to have a day where he can play games for 8 hours......we will do what we can to let him take time to do that. Tomorrow night, we are going out with the Two Peas Gang to celebrate his and Jamie's birthdays. I will try to take some photos that are decent enough to share! :)
If you see my love, be sure to wish him a happy birthday!

Happy Birthday Fontwerks!

Fontwerks is celebrating their 2nd birthday. they are celebrating with all kinds of fun.
I am so happy for Kah-Mei and Fontwerks. I hope they have a long life of birthdays to celebrate. you can check out the fesitivities here.

I don't have a lot of stamps anymore. And I am too lazy to take a lot of time to stamp as much as I used to. But I do really enjoy these stamps. I have used these two sets a lot in the last few months. spheres and shapes.

freestyle

this week the new autumn leaves stuff came in, along with the freestyle book. can i just say that i am amazed and awed by all the talent in this book? um, WOW. how cool is this book? its wonderful. total eye candy. i could sit and look at it for hours. i know we have some left over after the preorders are filled. please check back on it tomorrow if you want to order it. you must get it. its wonderful.

You're an Aries aren't ya Darlin?
